Support
Get the panel
working again.
Ghostbag runs on supported token pages in desktop Chrome. It uses a simulated balance, so testing a problem never requires a deposit, recovery phrase or real-wallet signature.
The panel does not appear
- Open
chrome://extensionsand check that Ghostbag is enabled. In Details, allow access to the supported trading site you are using. - Open an individual token page. A terminal homepage or discovery feed may not identify one token to trade.
- Refresh the token page after reloading or updating the extension. Existing tabs can still have an older content script.
- If you have not installed Ghostbag, use any Add to Chrome button on this site to open the official Chrome Web Store listing.
A quote or chart marker is missing
A token needs a usable price and market depth before a paper order can fill. Newly launched tokens, unsupported networks or temporarily unavailable feeds can leave a quote unavailable. A chart marker also depends on the terminal exposing chart coordinates. Missing data should be reported; it should not be replaced with an invented price or marker position.
Record the terminal URL, token contract address, chain, extension version, order time with timezone, and the message you saw. Check the FAQ for fee and PnL explanations before comparing a position with a chart percentage.
Why Chrome asks for permissions
- Storage: saves settings and cached market information. Chrome sync may copy settings between your signed-in browsers; trade history stays in local IndexedDB.
- Alarms: periodically refreshes native-currency prices used in the simulator.
- Supported-site access: reads the token context and displays the paper-trading panel and chart annotations on the listed terminals.
- Market-service access: requests public token, pool and gas information. The extension does not request access to every website.
See the privacy policy for network requests, optional feed credentials, storage and deletion details.
Report a problem
Email support@ghostbag.fun with the details above and a cropped screenshot if useful. Remove private account information first. Never send a seed phrase, private key, provider access key or login cookie.
Before removing the extension or clearing browser data, export any paper-trade records you want to keep. Uninstalling can delete local history. Follow the setup tutorial to start again.
