The short version: Ghostbag collects nothing. There is no account, no analytics, no telemetry and no remote configuration. Nothing you do in the extension is sent to us, because there is no “us” to send it to.

What is stored, and where

Your paper wallets, positions and full trade history are stored in your own browser, in its local IndexedDB database. Your settings are stored in Chrome’s extension storage and sync between your own signed-in Chrome profiles if you have sync enabled. An optional market-feed access key is stored locally on that machine only and is deliberately never synced.

What leaves your browser

Only read-only market lookups. To show a live price the extension can request:

Public token prices, pool reserves, supply and liquidity
Public token metadata such as decimals and images
Public chain information such as the current gas price
Public launch and swap updates for the token on screen

These requests contain the token address being viewed and nothing else. No identifier, no wallet address and no trading activity is attached to them.

What is never collected

Personal information of any kind
Wallet addresses, keys or seed phrases — the extension has no wallet access at all
Browsing history outside the supported trading sites
Your paper trades, balances or performance

Deleting your data

Removing the extension deletes everything it stored. You can also clear your trade history from inside the panel at any time, and reset a wallet without losing its history.

No cookies or third-party scripts

This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics, tag manager, advertising pixel, session recorder or embedded third-party script. Typefaces are served from this domain rather than a font network.

If you use the optional profit-calculator lookup, your browser sends the contract address directly to DexScreener to request public pair data. Like any web request, the provider can receive ordinary connection metadata such as your IP address and browser user agent under its own privacy terms. Ghostbag does not receive or store that request. You can leave the lookup empty and enter every number manually.

Children

Ghostbag is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone, of any age.

Your rights

Data-protection law gives you rights to access, correct, export and erase personal data held about you. We hold none — there is no account, no identifier and no server-side record to look up. Erasing everything means uninstalling the extension, and that happens entirely on your own device.
