All of it goes to the same address. A subject line that says which of these it is gets you a faster answer.
A terminal that stopped being detected, a price that looks incorrect, a panel that will not appear. Terminals change their URLs without warning and that is the most common way this breaks — so tell us the exact page URL, the coin, your Chrome version and the Ghostbag version from chrome://extensions. A screenshot of the panel beats a description of it.
Ghostbag covers seventeen terminals across three chains. If you trade somewhere it does not reach, send the site and a link to a live token page on it. Adding one is usually a small change, and the request tells us where demand actually is.
If you think a fee, a fill, a price impact or a failure rate is wrong, we want the argument. The whole point of Ghostbag is that its numbers survive scrutiny — a specific case where the model disagrees with the chain is the most useful message you can send.

Security
Ghostbag holds no funds, no keys and no accounts, and it never signs anything — so the blast radius of a bug here is smaller than in most crypto software. It is still a browser extension with host permissions on trading sites, and that deserves care.
Send security reports to contact@ghostbag.fun with “security” in the subject. Please give us a reasonable window to ship a fix before publishing. The same address is listed in our security.txt.
We will never ask you for a seed phrase, a private key or a wallet signature — not by email, not in the extension, not anywhere. Nobody from Ghostbag will ever DM you first. Any message claiming otherwise is not us, no matter what it looks like.

What happens to your message
The extension has no analytics, no telemetry and no server, so we know nothing about you until you write to us. When you do, we have your email address and whatever you put in the message — nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not passed to anyone.
Your trades, wallets and settings never leave your browser, so we cannot look at them. If a bug depends on your history, use Export CSV in the dashboard and attach the file — that way you choose exactly what we see. See the privacy policy for the full position.
